This morning I whipped up a sweet little breakfast. Oatmeal is a great low calorie food, that adds high levels of fiber, low fat & high protein.
If you don't like oatmeal, try dressing it up with your favorite flavors. Add fruits, nuts or granola for great texture. Play around with the water oat ratio.
Today's combo is 1/2 cup of oats in 1cup of boiling water. Add a dash of cinnamon & 1Tbs of honey. Slice 1whole banana mix in. Top with a 1Tbs honey drizzle.
