Inspired by Willie Nelson's 1978 hit song. This small batch bourbon was made to willies tastes he wanted: smoothness, sweetness, smokiness & most importantly it had to be mellow, cuz he is a laid back Type of dude.
Will was in tour during the manufacturing & was sent samples to taste until Old Whiskey River bourbon was just perfect.
The outcome is 86 proof small batch bourbon, aged six years in new charred American oak barrels.
Mr. Nelson is committed to American farmers, his drink is made from corn,barley, and rye grown on independent family owned & operated farms.

The result is smooth an American original just like Willie himself

Crispy Spicy Lime wings

Hello fellow Foodies :)

Hope everyone is having a great week. Okay I thought it would be fitting to post a few Super Bowl approved recipes.
Wings are a must for any sports fan so I decided to add a flavorful twist & do spicy & sour wings. You can customize this recipe to whatever flavor you prefer by switching the seasoning & the sauce.... Yummmmmm

Okay so here we have Super Easy crispy Spicy Lime wings:

400 degree oven
1lb whole wings
2 limes
2tbs vegetable oil
Your favorite spicy or mild seasoning.To taste(I chose spicy salt & creole)
Radish sliced into coins
Hot sauce

Rinse & Pat chicken dry. Cut tips off. I prefer to leave the wing & drum connected. Mix oil & seasoning. Toss wings. Place on on a sheet pan squeeze half a lime on chicken, then place in a 400 degree oven. Bake for an hour. Squeezing on lime ever 20 minutes.

Serve with hot sauce,radish coins & fresh lime wedges!!
